Chef Tracy is at the Corner Farmers Market every Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.  She answers questions about cooking and sells salad dressings.  Click below to order your class or salad dressings!

      Glad you found the website and thank you for your questions. Blue Spoon is pretty new and the response has been amazing. I currently have two locations that I am teaching from but I can do private parties/lessons in a persons home too. On the Classes tab I have listed the classes scheduled to date. As more are scheduled I will be updating the list.
      I have been cooking professionally for 12 years. I had a restaurant for 4 that I closed in 2011. My specialty is northern Italian but I am trained in French methods and have tried to cook just about everything with close to perfect success! I love history and the history of food is something I gravitate to. Food so often has a story that goes with it. I like to discover it and then share my discovery to whoever will listen and taste.

      Fees are based on what the menu and length of the class. I have a few partners in crime that help with wine pairings for the dinners. They are always a treat. Please check back often for updates to my class schedule.

  1. Love that you have a cooking school here in Greensboro…. I have an 11 almost 12 year old boy and he is a budding chef….what ages do you begin teaching?….and fees plz
